Kostyantyn Semenov

Kostyantyn Semenov is an experienced lawyer and the founder of Kostyantyn Paralegal Services in Ontario, a licensed paralegal and Notary Public. He was born on August 2, 1977, in Kyiv, Ukraine. He graduated from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (1998), where he received a comprehensive legal education.

Kostyantyn began his career as an investigator at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv, where for six years he investigated complex criminal cases, including serious crimes committed by minors, and brought 14 cases of intentional homicide to court. He then spent over a decade working as a private criminal defense lawyer, defending clients’ rights and gaining invaluable experience in legal practice.

In 2018, Kostyantyn moved to Canada, where he continued his education, completing the Postgraduate Paralegal program (2021) and Alternative Dispute Resolution program (2022). Combining extensive experience in the Ukrainian legal system with contemporary Canadian standards, he provides clients with professional, reliable, and effective legal services.

Outside of work, Kostyantyn is an active member of the Toronto community: a proud father of three children and a youth soccer coach at USC “Karpaty”, where he teaches young players teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
